Dear @SamsungIndia, if you're so obsessed with gifting green lines, at least have the decency to place them in the Centre. At least make the display look like a design choice instead of a manufacturing disaster.

Samsung just told me my Galaxy S23’s green line display defect won't be repaired for free because I'm a“second user”&it's “out of warranty.”
But how is that relevant to a known hardware fault?
We won’t stay silent.

I trusted @SamsungIndia to do the right thing.
My Galaxy S23 developed a white line—a known defect, not caused by damage.
They stalled for weeks, then told me to pay full for repair.

I completely agree, I just hope the brand does free replacements for those that get affected with the same.

It's high time brands give extended warranties for green line issues.

Someone should get an influencer to create a detailed exposé on how @SamsungIndia has cleverly turned customer woes into a money-making model. They wouldn't even need to speak directly to the victims—just searching 'Samsung green line' here on X reveals a treasure trove of stories filled with frustration and anguish from affected customers.

Some Galaxy S24 series & Galaxy S25 series devices also got green line issue !
