@devender_fx@GoatFunded@EdwardXLreal 2024 RoadMap
1. Have fixed rules of execution for my setup
2. Backtest last 3yrs
3. Tweak it/leave it at 70% winrate or above (Based on my psychological analysis comfort)
4. Implement it mechanically
5. Repeat 4 above. Challenge after challenge upto 1M AUM by end of year

@t0mbfx Story of my life literally. Passing challenges and getting payouts. Crashed after going full-time. Had to go back and get a job and then stability came back again. Now we rebuild.
@DominusMercatus@alyse_themv I empathize with you and totally understand this as I too did the same thing.
Had to back pedal a bit and get some footing... Something else + Trading...
@IIdris23 @TheFundedLady It's weird that people don't discuss this. We are also conditioned to work round the clock. There is some form of security one feels with a job, like bonuses and benefits but also routine.
@TheFundedLady@helyesX This is a good goal. I jumped before I was ready but now I got a part time to keep myself busy and surprisingly my trading improved. I can't trade and sleep ๐
Plus the extra savings before leaving will give you a good cushion
@UrquhartMark@ZackStrength Yeah but electrolyte imbalance will happen if you just take water alone. To be able to fast longer people use pink himalayan salt, Celtic salt, magnesium nitrate etc. just to be able to stay in fasts longer. Electrolyte imbalance in the body can be fatal to your heart, FYI.
@UrquhartMark@ZackStrength I occasionally do intermittent fasting. 18/6, OMAD:23/1. I once attempted 72hrs on water alone....at 48 hrs I had to electrolyte myself. I was having trouble sleeping and my heart felt like it was pounding harder than usual
