Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier filed a 49-page lawsuit on October 1, 2026, naming Pfizer and CEO Albert Bourla under the state’s deceptive and unfair trade practices law.

The complaint alleges the company marketed the COVID shots as safe while failing to disclose early adverse-event reports involving deaths, myocarditis, strokes, and pregnancy outcomes, and promoted a transmission claim the trial never tested.

In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth connects those allegations to the people still testifying about injuries, the 2021 censorship and firings of anyone who raised the same signals, and Pfizer’s public denial that the claims have merit.

The state is seeking an injunction, civil penalties, and disgorgement of profits.

For any of you who do not know of Victor David Hanson I strongly recommend that you listen to this interview. Obviously I am not a federal politician and my voice is only one in 93 in the B.C. legislature - but I want to weigh in on what I see as a very dangerous course our Prime Minister Mark Carney has set us on.

We are a tiny country in terms of population and the majority of our cities are clustered along our border with the United States. We have almost no military power. We have become more and more effete since our brave performance in WWII. Our economy is on life support with GDP crashing, prices rising, taxes suffocating and our best citizens now leaving at the rate of 10,000 per month.

We have the great fortune to share a border with the most powerful country and the largest economy in the world and what do we do? We throw rocks and snear at the leader of that country.

To what end? To have a momentary puff of the chest? To feel good at a dinner party? To have a sense that somehow we are better than the Americans?

Very unwise.

Further the amount of capital leaving this country for the US is growing. There is no alarm or ticker tape that tells us each time another chunk of capital leaves Canada. There is no announcement. It just leaves. Quietly gone and with it jobs and our tax base.

And as the above tweet says OUR OWN PRIME MINISTER is betting against Canada by keeping 91% of his money in the US!!! What brazen hypocrisy!

Never listen to what people say - only watch their actions. Watch where they put their money and then you know their true beliefs.

For some strange reason, my detractors of which there are many, have criticized my wealth - implying somehow that this is something that goes in the demerits column of my story. For some online trolls my wealth has become an obsession. Some have even commented that I am only in office to protect my own wealth! Imagine! A person who owns property fighting to protect private property rights! How outrageous!!

But think about this: I have nothing off shore, I have nothing in the United States and all I own is right here in Vancouver. I am all in for this province and fighting for us and while the legacy media glosses over the blatant contradiction in Mark Carney’s 91% US investments they alternately attack me and ignore me with a vengeance.

We have become a sorry excuse for a country - in the event of an invasion we would be sitting ducks with our only hope for rescue coming from - yes you guessed it - the United States of America.

How deluded we have become. We cannot replace the US market - for heaven’s sake! The rest of the world yearns to have access to the US market and we sit here like spoiled brats! Incredible!

My message to Mark Carney (which he would no doubt snub in that snobby way he has) is this: return all your money to Canada before you undermine our relationship with America. You’ve safe guarded your self and your family but you want to gamble with ours. This is pathetic leadership. Please go back to England and let a true Canadian run this country.

Nine MLAs leaving makes for a dramatic headline, But Kerry-Lynne Findlay just put the real issue on the table. Were they actually willing to give the leader chosen by the membership a chance to lead?

KLF’s answer was clear; She says some of those who left “simply did not accept the choice of the membership.” That is the argument that matters.

There was a long, hard-fought leadership race, Members voted and Findlay won under the party’s riding-weighted system, and outside analysis of the final round shows her support was geographically broad, carrying more ridings than her opponent. 60 out of 93 ridings.

Then, instead of allowing the new leader time to prove herself, the departures began. So perhaps the question shouldn’t only be;

“Why should British Columbians trust KLF?”, Maybe it should also be:

⁉️ Why should grassroots members trust politicians who asked for their votes, lost the leadership battle, refused to accept the direction chosen by the membership and then walked away before giving that leader a genuine opportunity to lead?

KLF is now putting her own political future directly before the voters of Abbotsford-Mission on September 26. That’s accountability. The members made their choice. Now let the voters make theirs.
