@Uber_Support Send me proof of your reversal attempts and error msg and I will gladly get my bank @Nedbank to help resolve your problem. I cannot believe your merchant device (manual/online) cannot process refunds. I am beyond disgruntled now. You guys are looking sus👀 beyond dodge 🙄
