This is fabricated. I don’t believe Gen. Mkhwanazi met Cat Matlala. To me, Cat is not being honest. It also seems that Cat and Mokgotsi are trying to protect Mchunu. Why would Mkhwanazi expose an issue if he was supposedly going to be implicated in it himself?

He's playing dark psychology. Its an old intelligence tool done to cause doubt and confusion. To alter the script so people start doubting the original version. People get coached to do this under cross-examination. Deny and lie to change the story.

Why would Lt. General Mkhwanazi reveal all these things to him when his home was just raided by the PKTT and was under investigation? Or even accept gifts and money from someone investigated by his team?

In Witness B’s recording of Cat. Cat clearly states that Mchunu cancelled his tender because he (Cat) stopped sending Brown and Sibiya money (and that Sibiya is greedy) when he could see that PKTT was still harassing him. I don’t know if he forgot that. #AdHocCommittee

He was lying. About many things.

For example he said he first met Sibiya in 2024 but we heard voice notes of him saying Sibiya is a criminal and he gave him buckets of money and even impalas.

We know his bank card was being used to pay Sibiya.

I would not take his version as having any truth until he meets the same standard of evidence that we saw from General Khumalo, Witness X, Witness A, Witness B, Witness C and Witness D.

This guy is a scammer, he is implicated in very serious crimes and I would not believe him de novo.
