He Repackaged 24 YouTube videos and they ALL got a boost in views
Repackaging: Find a video of yours still getting Impressions
(Means YouTube is still pushing it)
and replace the Thumbnail, Title, OR (riskier) both
Doing it individually is better to see what makes a change
Do this with all your goals and watch how much easier it is to accomplish them.
Describe your future reality as if you've already achieved it, and it'll be 100x easier to achieve.
Speak about yourself and your circumstances as if you've already changed NOT as if you are changing.
It's not "I'm trying to quit or change XYZ"
It's "I've quit and changed XYZ already"
Describe your goals in the past tense, and then all of a sudden it feels to your mind as if you've already accomplished it. So you naturally start. Adjusting your behavior to this new reality.
affirmations work, manifestation is real, the girls have always known
calling it “cringe” and “fake” is only limiting your potential. you need to be delusional
Upload your YouTube videos with these settings, EVERY TIME, if you want to go viral:
1. Turn off "made for kids"
This f*cks you. Never turn this on. It limits your monetization and reach significantly.
2. Turn off "auto generate chapters"
Your chapters are an opportunity to improve your viewer experience, as well as help your video rank better in YouTube/Google search, as well as help the algorithm recommend your videos to the right audience.
Create them manually by creating timestamps (with names) starting with 0:00. E.g:
0:00 Intro
1:32 Part 1
2:01 Part 2
etc...
3. Always use end screens
Do a specific video that's most relevant to the video you're posting, or "best for viewer", and a subscribe CTA.
End screens are important to get viewers to binge your channel. It's one of the most powerful cheat codes to blowing up your entire channel that 99% of people ignore.
If your outro has a big drop-off, cut and optimize until you get people clicking your endscreens.
4. Don't use cards.
Keep people on your video until the very end, where you CTA them to another video.
5. A/B test like a G.
I personally don't A/B test on channels getting less than 5,000 views per video. The tests are generally very inconclusive.
Better to just pick what you think is the best packaging imo, and make title and thumbnail SWAPS if a video is underperforming.
If you have enough sample size to test, don't test bullshit like a shirt color or a text change. Test completely different thumbnails/titles against complete different thumbnails/titles. When an angle wins, then test smaller and smaller variations until you find the best.
Manually set your winners for A/B testing as well. Don't wait for the test to finish. YouTube for some reason will sometimes set the worse option.
Instead, wait for a 7%+ difference in watch time % and set that option.
YouTube pays you $42 per 1,000 views from retired Americans and $2 per 1,000 views from teenagers watching gaming clips
Same platform. Same upload button. One audience is worth 21x more and nobody is making content for them
The reason is simple and the math is offensive
Fidelity, Schwab and Northwestern Mutual bid $35-45 per thousand views to reach someone actively thinking about their retirement portfolio. Energy drink companies bid $2-4 to reach a 16 year old
Your RPM in a gaming niche: $1.50
Your RPM in retirement planning: $38
100k monthly views from teenagers = $150/month
100k monthly views from 55 year old homeowners = $3,800/month
Same effort. Same number of videos. 25x the paycheck based entirely on who's watching
And the audience nobody is targeting has the best behavior on the platform:
55+ viewers watch 15-minute videos at 1x speed without touching their phone. They don't skip. They don't bounce at minute 2. YouTube's algorithm rewards watch time and these people give you 3x more of it than any other demo
They subscribe to maybe 12 channels and check them like a morning routine. Once you're in their rotation you're there for YEARS. Zero churn
They actually buy shit. A 19 year old has never purchased from someone they follow online. A 58 year old who watches you explain their exact financial situation for 12 minutes will book a call, buy your course, and refer 3 friends
The niches paying $25-45 per thousand views right now:
- Retirement planning ($38-45 RPM)
- Tax strategy ($30-42 RPM)
- Insurance and estate ($28-40 RPM)
- Health/longevity for 50+ ($20-30 RPM)
- Real estate for 40+ ($18-28 RPM)
Count how many serious channels exist in retirement planning. Maybe 30-40 total
Count how many exist in gaming. 2 million+
The highest-paying audience on the internet has the least competition. This is public information. Anyone can check it on Social Blade right now. Nobody does because the entire YouTube education space is run by 24 year olds who think views = money
RPM is the paycheck. The rate card is public and the highest-paying slots have 40 competitors instead of 400,000
a 58 year old woman watching a video about her 401k at 10pm on a Tuesday is worth more to advertisers than an entire high school cafeteria full of kids watching Minecraft speedruns. and she's easier to reach because nobody is trying

this is Alex Hormozi, the guy who sold $16M of one book in a weekend
"if you can articulate someone's problem better than they can, they will inherently believe that you can solve it"
the article below is the other half of that law: a 4-step process for finding the problem you should productize... the ones you already solved in your own life
you felt the pain, you know the fix works, you have the receipts
read the full piece below:
If you can't sit in a room and do nothing for 30 minutes.
Or read a novel for 2 hours without stopping.
You're brain is broken.
It's f*cking up almost every aspect of your life. Reversing this should be priority #1.
One of MarketBeat's biggest differentiators is our YouTube strategy.
It's grown into a meaningful revenue stream while helping us reach millions of viewers. One of the best long-term investments we've made.
most people fail to make any money w/ online biz because they try to replicate what others are doing without understanding WHY people buy...
they don't have a deep understanding of how all products are ultimately solutions to problems & that those problems are an obstacle in the way of their desires
imagine a sketchy looking bridge from one mountain to another, you're on one side & there's $100 on the other. would you cross it?
probably not because the risk is higher than the value that's on the other side
but now imagine that there's $1M on the other side - you'd heavily consider crossing it because of the value:risk ratio
the bridge (the solution to get to your needs/desires) is exactly the same in both scenarios, but the value on the other end is significantly higher
your goal as a business owner is to understand what your target market desires, then build bridges to those needs
people are more likely to take risk (send you their hard-earned money) if the solution to a deep desire of theirs exists on the other side of the bridge
this is universal business knowledge - the reason us operators are so passionate about AI is because it helps us build those bridges faster
without understanding what desires to build bridges to it's going to be useless for you
Every media company I've watched blow up did it the same way: got big fast, made promises to keep the growth going, then couldn't deliver.
We've been profitable for 18 years by growing slower than we could have.
Long-term business success mostly comes down to cycling through enough people over the years until you find the ones who are genuinely great and love working together.
Once you have that group, the goals you go after just keep getting bigger.
How to get the cheapest talent money can buy...
...Hire someone who's half decent skill-wise, but world-class in ability and desire to learn and grow...
...Pay for their education, and have them learn from the best...
...Then have them implement everything they've learned in your business...
...The upgraded team player will now create 10x the value than before, making their relative value-to-cost ratio 10x cheaper...
...Once they do, pay them double, and you're at 5x the return on the money with someone who can take you the distance you could never go alone.
You do this with the whole team, and no one will be able to compete with you.

If I were starting a newsletter today, I'd go after prediction markets.
Kalshi and Polymarket are doing the volume. Nobody's built the Kalshi-focused newsletter yet. That gap won't stay open long.
