The qns of should you invest in space X just boil down to one qns. Do you believe in Elon? Do you believe he will achieve what he says he will achieve?
This is why Tesla and spaceX are so expensive. You are not betting on a company, you are betting on a historical figure
Ppl don't understand what the stockmarket really is. In this case, what Elon is really doing is going to the world and asking them for money to fulfill his dream. This is why it's so overvalued. Not because he is some scammer but because he has achieved so much. You are not betting on spaceX. You are betting on Elon.
2trillion is basically what the world will give him to fulfill this dream. SpaceX is not worth this much but Elon is worth this much.
Elon is not a storyteller because his success is real.

Is SpaceX a good stock at $2T?
Super bull case:
>Starlink becomes a global telecom layer
>Starshield becomes major defense platform
>U.S. and allies depend on SpaceX infrastructure
>Launch monopoly stays intact
Starship works and lowers costs massively
>AI compute contracts become permanent
Google/Anthropic deals expand
SpaceX becomes AI data-center landlord
>Orbital data centers become real
NASA/Moon/lunar logistics adds upside
>Public market gives SpaceX Tesla-like hype multiple
$4T–$6T+ valuation becomes possible in 10 years
Bear cases
>$2T already prices in perfection
>AI compute deals are temporary
Google/Anthropic terminate or don’t renew
>Compute margins collapse as supply catches up
>Starlink growth slows
>Defense business becomes politically sensitive
Governments avoid dependence on Musk
>Capex and cash burn stay huge
>Launch market is strategically important but financially smaller
>Musk becomes governance/reputation risk, especially with Democrats in power
>Tech/AI market bubble burst
Might be bagholding for 10 years.
So, is it a good investment?
If you are used to 2010-2025 tech stock growth, crypto growth, gold growth, Chinese real estate growth...... no.
It actually kinda sucks.
The super bull case is something you got as a default during the golden age of money printing.
And there are also a decent chance of super bear (AI bubble) case.
Is it the worst investment?
No, far from it.
I personally wouldn't invest in it, but I also wouldn't judge people who make an informed investment in it.
Who I do judge tho are the 99% of retail retards who're like "Space data centers tho!!!"
Sometimes when I look at Taiwanese politics, I wonder if the entire DPP Vs KMT is a puppet show. DPP main job is to play US, KMT main job is to play China. Their 'fight' is just an act to maintain the status quo. Some TW genius is manipulating it behind the curtains
This is wild speculation. I am entirely unsure. However, at the end of the day, TW military and semis did not yield to US wishes. China's control over TW is also not strong. TW do possess the brains to do this. Moreover, hard times tend to unite the country together and push and groom talented ppl into power.
Every day you are faced with an infinite number of things that come at you. Let’s call them “dots.” To be effective, you need to be able to tell which dots are important and which dots are not. Some people go through life collecting all kinds of observations and opinions like pocket lint, instead of just keeping what they need. They have “detail anxiety,” worrying about unimportant things.
Sometimes small things can be important—for example, that little rattle in your car’s engine could just be a loose piece of plastic or it could be a sign your timing belt is about to snap. The key is having the higher-level perspective to make fast and accurate judgments on what the real risks are without getting bogged down in details. #principleoftheday

And the bad men will break their hearts and those women will become Karens who will spend a lifetime addicted to hurting others and then blaming others for not being loved in return
This woman did more damage to young women than the patriarchy ever did.
It’s a straight-up demonic offer:
“Sleep around, get STDs, ghosted, treated like trash, STDs, have an abortion or two, then a wonderful man will magically appear at the end of this hellish descent!”
If SG truly wants to unite the different races, we need to create an institution that competes directly with religions. Offering even better social and emotional benefits without pretending to speak for god/gods
If you examine closely at religion. What it fundamentally is, is an institution that pretends to speak for god/gods to convince to say/do stuff to benefit the leaders of those institutions.
In exchange you get certain emotions, skills and membership benefits.
Sounds like a gd deal until you realise that those leaders are often foreigners whose interest clashes with yours. Moreover, their superior position and information in this exchange gave them an unfair advantage that could potentially be exploitative
What is needed is an institution that could provide even better emotional benefits without the power imbalance and are align to country's interest

@Bluebearmonkey@teortaxesTex They think it's some high status thing but they are actually pawns being manipulated by foreign powers against their own interests
