 Hon’ble Prime Minister Trudeau, 

We are witnessing a disturbing incident with the recent targeted attack on a Hindu temple in Canada. This deliberate act of violence has deeply shaken the Indian diaspora and Canadians alike, who strongly condemn this attack. Such hateful actions do not merely damage a place of worship—they challenge the core principles of diversity and democracy that Canada represents.

 In a world where democratically elected governments uphold the rule of law, there can be no place for hatred or violence against any community. Canada has always championed the ideals of diversity, equality, and inclusion. Now, many are looking to you to bring these values to life through decisive action.

Mr. Prime Minister, Sir, how is your government addressing this incident to deliver justice, strengthen the rule of law, and assure Canada’s Hindu community that their safety is a top priority? What measures are being put in place to prevent further acts of violence and to ensure that all communities can live free from fear?
In closing, Prime Minister, we urge you to take swift and decisive action to uphold the values that Canada stands for. Ensuring the safety and security of every community, especially in times of heightened tension, reaffirms Canada’s commitment to being a truly inclusive and just society.
