For all Dutch people who want to book at @AmericanAir. Watch out because they take your money and say they have not received anything. You will lose money. Even with proof they keep saying that nothing has been transferred to their account. Forced to take legal action #retweet

@Adyen finally confirmed today that the amount was transferred to @AmericanAir and still refused to help me. From such a big company you would except a bit more help and at least contact your finance department. Please help me by sharing this message this is my last hope(part 3)

Ideal is a direct payment link here in the Netherlands.Last 2 weeks I keep try to contact them but I receive automated emails back that quote: “whoever has your money you need to contact them” I tried to contacted @Adyen which is the Dutch payment partner of @AmericanAir (part 2)

Worst customer service ever!
2 weeks ago I made a direct booking with @AmericanAir on their website and I paid with Ideal and €695,33 was charged. I did not receive a confirmation so when I called they said they canceled my booking because they did not receive a payment (part 1)
