That is genuine Egyptian visual vocabulary. The winged sun disk became an important symbol of divine kingship, protection and the victorious solar deity.

So the invented narrative concludes approximately:

Having survived the journey and conquered the danger, they return to sacred order and make an offering beneath divine protection.

And that produces a remarkably clean four-part story:

1. DEPARTURE
A man and woman leave the sanctuary beside the life-giving Nile.

2. PASSAGE
They cross the waters beneath the protective Eye.

3. ORDEAL / TRANSFORMATION
They confront the monster of the waters beneath the scarab of renewal.

4. RETURN / THANKSGIVING
They arrive at the sanctuary and make an offering beneath the winged sun.

Or, rendered as the sort of English “translation” the modern creator probably intended:

From the sacred land they departed and crossed the great waters.
The Eye watched over their journey.
In the waters they encountered the power of death and chaos.
Protected by the divine power of renewal, they overcame it.
They returned to the house of the gods and brought offerings,
restored beneath the wings of the sun.

And the huge first image?

That one makes the fakery considerably easier to spot.

It looks like someone attempted to create a large monumental inscription by filling rows with Egyptian-looking signs: birds, seated figures, eyes, snakes, plants, jars, buildings, boats, crocodiles, etc.

But authentic Egyptian hieroglyphic writing isn’t simply “picture after picture telling a story.” Hieroglyphs constitute an actual writing system: signs can represent sounds, words, and semantic classifiers/determinatives, arranged according to established conventions.

Here, recognizable Egyptian-looking signs are repeatedly assembled into something that looks linguistically dense from a distance but doesn’t behave like a coherent inscription.

So I wouldn’t try to translate IMG_7378 character-by-character. There probably isn’t a character-by-character message to recover.

IMG_7379 is different. Its pictures do carry an intended message, even though the surrounding faux writing doesn’t.

And I think the strongest reconstruction is:

ORDER → JOURNEY → DANGER/DEATH → RENEWAL → RETURN TO ORDER.

That’s actually a pretty sophisticated invented story hiding underneath a bunch of hieroglyphic nonsense.
