Adamawa state is among the 8 states in Nigeria where @nrcs_ng is building Papas’ and Mothers’ Clubs to boost health, sanitation & family wellbeing.
These clubs help men and women tackle local problems and strengthen community resilience against Nigeria’s nutrition crisis.

⛑️The Nigerian Red Cross Society, in partnership with the @IFRCAfrica and funded by the @ECHO_CWAfrica European Union Humanitarian Aid, has begun distributing essential non-food items to families affected by the devastating floods in Mokwa, Niger State.
Hundreds of families lost their homes, belongings, and sense of safety when floodwaters tore through their communities. Today, they’re receiving blankets, sleeping mats, water containers, mosquito nets, and hygiene kits—simple but life-saving items that offer a glimpse of hope.
But the need is far greater than what’s been covered so far.
🤝You can help.
Your donation will help us reach more families still in crisis.

We had a brief moment as the tours of duty of @YBonzonICRC and @PATRICKNYONGESA (L-R) both of the @ICRC in Nigeria came to an end. Bonzon was Head of Delegation, while Nyongesa was Cooperation Delegate.

This is the result of a beautiful partnership between the British Red Cross and the Nigerian Red Cross Society. 15 days in Agagbe, Benue State, Nigeria unearthed a large volume of hidden stories. The kind you don't hear unless you listen carefully...
