@airtelindia is the worst company one can imagine, they suddenly stopped calling & internet services without warning, when due date is a week away.

You can't call customer service, you can't port after clearing everything.

Fraud!!! @airtelindia is cheating its customers, recently I had installed Airtel Xstream Fiber in my home and after 3 months I am starting to face issues with it, they promised me that I will be getting 100mbps of speed and "Unlimited data" but it isn't true, out and out scam.

मैं जोधपुर में पोस्टेड हूं । पिछले 15 दिनों से मेरे फोन में 5G नेटवर्क होने के बाद भी 5G असीमित डाटा का उपयोग नहीं कर पा रही हूं जिसके कारण मुझे काफी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है इसकी शिकायत मैं कई बार कर चुकी हूं। लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ है।

Pathetic service from Airtel Broadband. I raised a service request on 25th June for a faulty router, but till now no engineer has contacted me or visited to fix the issue. Customers shouldn't have to wait this long for basic support.
