@WarOfNationsMMO Beware of this company. The worst customer service . I have been trying to get a response regarding a purchase I made that I was charged for but didn't receive the items. They keep sending emails that only contain a link but the link goes to a missing page. No refund.

@AmericanAir Your airline has employees who think they are God. Your gate agents at ord ,who act like they are above all rules , refuse to follow the rules and measure a personal item required me to check something. Rude, ignorant people who don't have any accountability. #paxex

@AmericanAir The bins were not full. In fact, the bins for first class were not full even after we took off. However thats not even the point . The item would hang in the closet or fit under my seat. It was a personal item and the gate staff at ord refused to measure it.
