Have a blessed Friday everyone
I truly hope you will look upon us with compassion. Our basic demand is simply to survive. That is our only hope.
Your donation, however small, means a lot to us.

western liberal democracies be like “here’s all the explosive fuel and fighter jet hardware we’re manufacturing for israel, and here are the bandaids and peach cobblers we’ll leave on any window sills left standing after israel does its thing ♥️”
💔 Hearing your child say, “I’m hungry,” with nothing to give is heartbreaking.
We’re asking for a little help with food, safety, and hope. 🙏😭https://t.co/3rzvGNzWvD
There is an echo chamber of foreign journalists in Palestine and Lebanon who believe they are doing the “real work” and defend themselves/each other at all costs. They also infantilize and patronize Palestinians when we express frustration or valid criticism. It is exhausting.
It’s incredibly difficult for me to even put this into words, but my family and I are going through an extremely hard time. Our situation has become urgent, and every day feels heavier than the one before.

Every day seems to brings a new crisis. A new target. Children flying kites. Water infrastructure. Cars moving through city streets. Every day there are deaths, and every day families wake up unsure of what will happen next. https://t.co/tBID55PLB5
On August 26, during one of The Sameer Project’s water distributions, this man spoke about the reality around him: the ongoing attacks, the severe water crisis, and the overcrowding of families forced into this area.
We cannot give these families certainty about tomorrow. But together, we can give them one certainty today: that clean water will keep reaching their neighborhoods.
Become a monthly donor to The Sameer Project. Your consistent solidarity allows our teams to keep water moving, even when everything around them remains uncertain. Support our Food and Water Campaign link in our bio.

The Saudi-led coalition has imposed a blockade on the people of Yemen for over a decade, creating a man-made famine. Over 150K children under the age of 5 died of malnutrition; some 60% of deaths in Yemen (over 370K) since the blockade were due in large part to structural collapse and starvation. And these are only estimated figures from 2015-2021*
One of the worst things this war has left us with my baby Majdi is suffering from severe malnutrition His weight hasn't gone up at all,and it's exhausting for me because he needs special care. Please help us get him the care he needs Every donation makes a difference!

😭😭Iman is suffering from severe eye inflammation caused by rocket smoke and exposure to dangerous radiation. She urgently needs medication that I cannot afford. It breaks my heart to see her suffering while I’m unable to provide the treatment she needs.

As we all now sit in our beds, have our dinners, and relax at our homes, people in Gaza don’t have homes. They live in threadbare makeshift tents under Israeli drones and fighter jets.
They panic, wheeze, tremble, and ponder if they will wake up tomorrow.
Remember them, help them, and fight for them. Hadn’t it been for geography, you would’ve been them.
Your governments are killing and destroying them. Don’t let that happen.
Stop it, no matter what, for the sake of the very people who continue to see hope in you despite three years of livestreamed genocide.
Who had the bigger smiles - the babies and toddlers receiving diapers, or their mothers!? Definitely the mothers 😆

During Gaza’s hot summer months, babies are especially vulnerable to sweating, irritation, and painful diaper rash. For displaced families already struggling to afford even the most basic necessities, something as simple as a clean diaper can bring enormous relief.
On August 23, The Sameer Project distributed diapers to 18 children and patients in Refaat Alareer Camp: 4 packs of size 3, 7 packs of size 4, and 7 packs of size 5, for a total cost of $205 including 11% commission fees.
These are small necessities that make a very real difference in a child’s comfort, hygiene, and dignity - and in the burden carried by their parents!!
Help us continue caring for the youngest residents of Refaat Alareer Camp by sponsoring the campaign: https://t.co/HNUIFhVEgU
