Then get to the airport waited for 45 minutes to be told all seats are taken and we have to take the last flight out the next day. Land at EWR waited for 45 minutes at baggage to find out that all passengers bags were sent to Boston? I want my $ back!

Your company needs an operation manager who knows what they are doing. Our flight gets canceled for no real reason. Spent 3 hours on hold to be told to come to the airport because they could not rebook us less than 48 hours

So @jetblue canceled our flight. Stayed on hold for 3 hours to be told to go to the airport 2 hours away to be told all seats are full for the next fl. Then finally get on a fl paid for bags and then to find out 40 minutes after that
