Heatmaps for Dummies (because it took me years to figure this out 😂):
Think of the market like a marble rolling around on a giant pizza pan.
The heat map shows where the big money (institutions/market makers) has placed huge bets.
🟦 Big positive numbers = areas where price may get “stuck,” bounce, or act as support/resistance.
🟪 Big negative numbers = areas where price can move fast and get spicy.
🟨 Huge highlighted numbers = PAY ATTENTION. These are often major battlegrounds.
For example, if you see a giant number like +$9M at a certain strike, that’s basically a giant wall in the market. Price often:
• Gets pulled toward it
• Bounces around it
• Struggles to move away from it
Think of it like support and resistance, except now you’re seeing where the institutions are playing.
My simple checklist before taking a trade:
✅ Where are the biggest numbers?
✅ Is price above or below them?
✅ Is price approaching a major level?
✅ Did price reject or break that level?
You don’t need to memorize the entire heat map. Just focus on the 2-3 biggest levels above price and below price. Those are usually your battlefield zones for the day.
Took me way too long (and way too much money) to realize that understanding where the big players are positioned can make trading a whole lot easier.

It hits so different hearing a psychologist give her analysis of the after effects of the @kendricklamar vs. @Drake battle. Phenomenal breakdown..🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Don’t tell me anything about tagging the creator. Drake fans harass them, if you want to know who she is go find her yourself, and DO NOT TAG HER NAME OR ANYTHING IN THE COMMENTS! Feel free to ignore it if you feel the need to be messy. 💯💯🔥🔥
NEW: Multiple ICE warehouses were sold by people in Trump's circle who were sitting on the properties and losing money.
We dug into it, and found that some properties were bought by the feds for 10x their list price.
It's a new level of corruption — and you're paying for it.
