@ddebow If you want to stop federal over reach we should only allow the federal government to tax up to what they actually spend on operations. Currently they exert more power than they should by “over taxing” and then transferring back to the provinces.
@WBrettWilson $245 billion is obviously a big number but too hard for the average person to understand. I prefer to think about it as my $300 - $400 per month per person Canada subscription (ie for my family of 5 we pay $1,500 to $2,000 to be able to cheer for Team Canada!)
@ScottAdamsSays so at my day job today I had to meditate a dispute between two Data Scientists over which forecast model was more appropriate. The kicker: this was the data set…anyway feel free to use in a future @Dilbert_Daily
Today, we celebrate St. Patrick's Day. He was the man who drove all of the non-poisonous snakes out of Ireland. You know, Ernest Manning was Alberta premier when the province banned rats & that continues to this day. Since there is no March holiday, why not Manning's Day?
Nick Lidstrom making defense look really easy and cool. Living in passing lanes, putting an end to 2 on 1s, making clutch saves, snatching the puck out of mid air and then going back the other way and scoring it himself.
