What possible interest does the Secretary of State have to appeal a statutory interpretation that allows voters to vote an extra day— which they initially believed was the law and which was permitted in the past?

if you have a problem with the student loan cancellation because you already paid off your loans, just pretend its a tax cut for the rich that you also never got but mysteriously didn't complain about.
Obviously the topline $10k-$20k forgiveness is going to get the headlines, but this income-based repayment plan rule will have a big impact for low and middle-income borrowers (especially straight out of college)
