Hi sir I mailed to saf WHL but both the lines said they didn't get any noitce from their HO and they rejected our request and whl charged us enoromous demurage charges and also not waiving off any detention
As per DGS demurrage and detention should start from May 4,2020.

@cbic_india @shipmin_india Due to lockdown we are not able to lift the container and unload at our site. The shipping companies are charging demurage after 14 april. The demmurage should be waived for lockdown period.

@amar_mrai @shipmin_india @DGS_Survey I think shipping lines and CFS owners are above the GOI, request DG shipping to sent stern warning thru CBIT to them if they donot accept the order, thier licence to operate in india shall be cancelled otherwise we are beating the Bush.
