While both is the “right” answer, we’ve found so much more effectiveness in good old email…

40%+ open rates… better $ conversion… lower opt-out.

Take the high road, TRU - you’d never see @Starbucks suing an indie coffee shop who took over a voluntarily closed location where SBUX had an opportunity to de-brand as it wanted.

@ToyBook TRU has better things to focus on than suing smaller competitors… several factors: TRU left their fixtures when they abandoned the properties… the logos in question have little resemblance to TRU… what consumer would mistake TOYZ for TRU?… and…
