Provides technical assistance, education, and implementation of natural resource conservation to help meet the changing needs of farmers and landowners.
At our upcoming CLM Demonstration Farm we will be accepting interns and apprentices. Interns will be immersed in running a subsistence farm in the context of a family with a focus on balancing usufruct of landed property in the context of the Sacrament of Matrimony, living the Catholic ascetic and mystical life of prayer, and benefiting their local community through perpetuating Faith, Family, and Tradition.
As of now, apprentices will have a six to twelve month education track under a Master Tradesman in the trade areas of:
Shepherd
Farmer
Cattleman
Cider Maker
Builder
Updates forthcoming. Let us not only argue in principle what we should be demonstrating in fact through the witness of our lives. Catholic Social Teaching heals the social order. Ave Maria
