@cprwarner The first year of life is hard (teething, illness, sleep, feeding, etc). I think constantly about how to help my baby feel better and I try to make the best decisions I can on her behalf. When I make the wrong call I feel responsible and guilty, even when I know it’s normal.
@BriannaForCO I used to love Montana but I don’t recognize it anymore. What happened to our once prominent values of live and let live and love your neighbor? Glad I moved to CO.
Amber Heard was publicly ruined for simply referring to herself as an IPV survivor, which she almost certainly was. This is so wrong and bleak, and it is why we need #metoo

@yrfatfriend I feel like the other issue is “campaigning” for sdoh. You don’t “campaign” for better housing, transport, and wages, we all pretty much agree those things would be good we just lack the will and resources to change them.
@IanJDickson I remember that too. It stuck with me specifically because I had never thought of my job that way and I’d been doing some version of it for 10 years.
@RottenInDenmark I was bummed the YWA episode on cancel culture didn’t engage with Jonathan Haidt or Heterodox Academy. Curious your thoughts on him/it?
@THoAFood @RottenInDenmark I think you’re conflating medicine with both public health and foundational scientific concepts. Science and germ theory is also foundational to public health. The point is that what happens outside your doctor’s office turns out to be much more important than what happens in it.
