@JetBlue our flight just diverted from LGA to JFK. We are off the plane now but they will not give us our bags and are telling us they also won’t deliver them if we leave. They are saying we may need to wait hours to fly from JFK to LGA. Please release our bags to we can go home

@JetBlue Hi I am not complying about the diversion. My concern is onboard they told us we would be allow to take our luggage with us if we chose to disembark here and once we got off they are saying we can’t have our bags and you won’t deliver later
