Focused on special sits, and dabble elsewhere. I have long or short positions in most tickers mentioned which may bias my posts, and I may sell at any time.
@CulperResearch Looks like Ethan Fallang left Narya in August 2023 (per his LinkedIn and his deleted page on Narya site)...presumably a board resignation coming after they finish blowing out of shares.
@Citrini7 Company is just about out of cash, likely with no authorized share capacity for ATM sales until shareholder vote on Thursday. They’re likely going to sell shares hand over fist after Thursday.
@Roth_Overlord@EijxI@eijxl was probably hurt that Eisenman attacked his honor and that Ader sued. Now UEC is out huge legal fees because his feelings were hurt. Milbank must love cashing UEC's checks.
Meanwhile, Bloomberry Resorts stock is at 3-year highs..could've been (and still can be) UERI.
@Roth_Overlord I agree...@EijxI should have swallowed his pride and settled the case before trial, or completed the deal. Now the details of UEC's bribes are public.
@EricTheUmpire Seems sketchy, very curious to see the terms. The company tries to raise money for 6+ months and then someone magically gives them almost as much as their SPAC deal raised at the last min when they could've waited a day and gotten it for pennies on the dollar in bankruptcy court?
@TheRTest@Astro_Angry@VirginOrbit@NASA They hired an analyst to provide favorable coverage, including asking favorable ?s before any other analyst on their last earnings call. Wouldn’t be surprised if they compensated a YTer. Have you received any form of compensation from VORB,
@astro_angry? https://t.co/kK5k6koAaT
@TheRTest@Astro_Angry@VirginOrbit@NASA I’ve long wondered if @Astro_Angry received any compensation from VORB such as his trip to Cornwall for the launch. He has been extremely favorable to them in much of his coverage to his Youtube followers. No offense, but who flys from the US to the UK to watch a VORB launch?
@TheRTest@Astro_Angry@VirginOrbit@NASA I’m guessing he read one of Virgin Orbit’s very misleading press releases and believed its misleading messaging. If that’s the case @Astro_Angry, I’d suggest doing your own research into their “customers” and contracts. The company had a way with words. https://t.co/QvYIvQfNA1
@Astro_Angry@TheRTest@VirginOrbit@NASA Could you explain that statement? Why won’t the other twelve contractors fill any non-existent void that will be left without VORB?

@thstocksnetwork Have to factor in $60m in debt from Branson, as well as virtually all their cash being gone. It has been 5.5 months since end of last disclosed earnings period, a lot has happened since then.
@brickmack@moralespat42@thesheetztweetz Unlike most of the other prominent small launch companies who are actively developing larger rockets, VORB was making no apparent moves towards doing so. They may have said they would years ago, but it has not been a topic in their earnings reports/releases.
@moralespat42@thesheetztweetz With respect, why should anyone invest in a company burning $50m/quarter on a launch product that is not cost-competitive and that has demonstrated minimal demand? There's a ton of demand for aerospace talent, you'll land on your feet quickly.
