Okay so weight loss is SIMPLE but not EASY! However, if you have patience, consistency & the discipline to see it through the setbacks won’t matter.
90% of all the disease is related to lifestyle choices. The food you eat, the amount you exercise, the toxins you are exposed to, etc. Only 10% is due to the genetics.
Genetics may load the gun but the diet & lifestyle pull the trigger.
You literally have no idea what someone is struggling with. It’s Okay if they may look overweight but you have no idea what’s going on under the surface.
Overeating is often a symptom of emotional struggles. So avoid giving undue advices on weight to anyone. Thank You 🙂
