The mighty moose gallops through the woods with ease. The moose grazes in the fields as does his brethren. Aw shit, did you see that moose bust a windmill?

It was brought to my attention that the Department of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is at risk of being eliminated due to budget cuts. This would be a huge mistake...UNL is and has been at the forefront of some of the most groundbreaking severe weather research in recent memory, including the revolutionary TORUS field project. Not to mention high-level education and research in hydroclimatology, geology, and more. Eliminating the EAS department would eliminate jobs for a number of faculty, including those with tenure, and eliminate one of the top meteorology schools in the country. Visit the links below to learn more about the EAS department and to see what you can do to help. You may not think it matters, but this would be a huge loss to prospective students and to severe weather research as a whole.

@treb688381 @KensethFan17_20 Worst part about is that it still happens AND the 2 car tandem was killed because of it (even though I see the reasons for it going away)
