The passage below comes from Ayatollah Khomeini's official Islamic law manual, Tahrir al-Wasilah on Nikah.

In the passage, Khomeini outlines rulings that permit sex with minors and sets the legal framework that allowed for marriage of girls as young as nine years old in Iran after the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran.

Khomeini, like most Muslim men and the fake prophet Mohammed, was a pedophile who justified raping 9 year old girls. Khamenei fully supported these teachings because he was also likely a pedophile.

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was a staunch supporter of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. He was an ardent advocate for Khomeini's Islamic Revolution and helped organize its new military structures. Because of his loyalty, Khomeini appointed him to key leadership roles and backed him to become Iran's president in 1981.
