@robertcourts the lack of responsibility and service from airlines such as @easyJet towards customers and their belongings is atrocious. It is well documented so how is this being resolved? And yes where is my bag??????
@Ritika__Shah@easyJet@EASA They take no responsibility, don’t answer messages, don’t respond or communicate just ignore you! And there@policy is not to compensate for anything you don’t have a receipt for or replace old with new so basically they wriggle away with no responsibility or consequences
