@MellyMel_120 @CoxHelp I’m so glad you were able to figure it out! Unfortunately for me, it’s something that’s going on in our area. Everyone in my neighborhood and adjacent neighborhoods that has Cox is dealing with the same intermittent service issues and Cox can’t seem to figure it out.

. @CoxHelp My neighborhood has had intermittent service issues since March with no resolution. Every time anyone calls in we're told a tech needs to come out to the home to check on modems when it's clearly an area issue. Can you assist?
