These types of people are completely ruining movie/tv discourse. New releases are typically unfairly panned or undeservingly praised.
The people hating DD are the same ones who called Oppenheimer "The movie of the century ".
Neither is great, both worth watching, both a 6/10
Disclosure Day is genuinely one of the dumbest science fiction movies I've ever seen. Imagine if Jurassic Park was just people chasing Dennis Nedry's shaving cream can around the American Midwest for two hours followed by two minutes of blurry dinosaur footage on the local news.
@ChangoChutney Also enjoyed the movie but felt it was too empathetic in general.
Characters learning of Alien existence and their first thought is of how badly the Alien is being mistreated lol. I'd like to know if it's here to wipe out humanity before I start sympathizing for it
@mark_k Not terrible by any means. The main theme of the movie closely resembles that of the X Files series. Trust no one, the truth is out there, we're not alone, and the Scully esque conundrum of what extra terrestrial life means for people of faith
@whisperingcandl@SecretaryBurgum@POTUS The sealing of the leaks and clean up of the trash makes it beautiful. Criminals behind bars is what makes it safe
@JavedLSterritt It's simply not what the people want. We already have great female lead games, Horizon being amongst the best games I've ever played.
In an age of woke this and woke that, give the people God of War, not Jessica from True Blood
@BlackMajikMan90 Binge releases are modern tv shows saving grace. The real issue is the gap between seasons. We used to get 20 episode seasons with a 7 month break between seasons. Now we wait 3 years for 6 to 8 episodes
