Singh and the NDP made a choice tonight.
They chose to be complicit in Trudeau’s power grab.
They’d rather keep a corrupt, authoritarian government in power than defend civil liberties.

Alberta will launch a Court challenge of the Trudeau government’s invocation of the Emergencies Act, because it is:
- unnecessary
- disproportionate
- violates natural justice
- intrudes into provincial jurisdiction
- creates a dangerous precedent.
