@POferries last week my partner was scalded by extremely hot water from a tap. He reported it immediately, but staff didn't seem overly concerned. There were lots of children on board who could have been at risk. We've emailed customer service with no response. Please reply.

@Novotel_FR we've just returned to the Chartres Novotel because we enjoyed our stay last week with good customer service. Unfortunately this time your staff member was rude and unhelpful. This is so disappointing as it's a lovely hotel.

Parents in law left disappointed waiting outside Colchester M&S Sunday morning for 10am open as per door signs. Staff informed them they should have checked the internet as currently opening 10.30am. Might be worth updating your door signs please! @marksandspencer
