Hey, @BestBuySupport. Do you guys actually honor your gift cards? I've spent the last hour and a half and been bounced all over the world and hung up on (disconnected) a few times. All I want to do is use a gift card that someone gave me a few years ago. Who cares and can help?
@AmazonHelp Yes, but are you sorry enough to do anything about it? After hours of my time, you've demonstrated that you are citing "policy" as the excuse? At what point does a person at @amazom ask the question "Are we doing the right thing?"
Hey @amazon, you still selling stained merchandise as new? Sad to see that you are unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue. Citing policy instead of doing the right thing is lazy and shameful. Only weak organizations blindly hide behind policy.
Saw @CageTheElephant at @thekiaforum last night. Some good news and some bad news. @CageTheElephant put on a great show! Fantastic to see the high energy. Sadly, the sound sucked. The band would be sorely disappointed if they heard what we heard. Wall of noise. Really bad mix.
Wow, @amazon. After several emails with what may have been drones, all I got was the stale answer about "this is policy". Not a single attempt to understand the question from the customer perspective. Not a single offer to stand up and do the right thing. Shameful business!
@horton_who_ @CityofHBPIO@mjszabo By the way, not angry with anyone over this. Just want to make sure people are thinking and making thoughtful decisions. π
@horton_who_ @CityofHBPIO@mjszabo I asked the city council the exact same question and did not really get an explanation. Our government should be proactively explaining the actions they take. In this case, "why not continue?" is a really obvious question that could have and should have been answered.
@amazonmusic, @ajassy Have you given any thought to fixing your music service by allowing me to play the music that I bought when I want to with "shuffling in" music that I don't want to hear? Please fix what you broke in November!
Hey, @amazonmusic , it's a new year and a new opportunity to treat your customers right! How about returning our ability to play the songs we bought on @amazon? Taking that away, and replacing it with shuffle, was a terrible mistake. @ajassy, @amazon, thoughts? #baitandswitch
@KepChan1@amazonmusic@Stray_Kids Yeah, seems like just a couple months ago I could play the music that I bought on @amazonmusic. I guess that's just too much to ask for. Hey, @amazon, are you going to fix this? Are you going to acknowledge that there's a problem?
@greaterthanhq @amazon@amazonmusic How about calling @amazonmusic for screwing their customers with the change they made in November? Is that a good partner in your eyes?
@KepChan1@amazonmusic Great question! Can they make @amazonmusic even worse for their customers after what they did in November? Let's hope they change direction and earn the respect of their loyal customers. @ajassy, seriously, do you care? @amazon
@ajassy, @amazon, and @amazonmusic Have you guys decided to do the right thing and let #amazonprime members listen to the music they bought via #Alexa devices? You're really killing me with this one. If not, how about a refund?
@amazon@amazonmusic I'll bet that @ajassy gets to listen to the music he wants. Wish I could listen to the songs that I bought on @amazon. Breaking @amazonmusic just in time for the holidays. Sad...
