@ScotRail What's your reasoning for not taking reservations on the Edinburgh to Inverness trains? It's an access issue for travellers with special needs. Reservations are essential for many.

@ScotRail You weren't offering reservations 2 years ago either. Not knowing whether I'll get a seat isn't 'flexible' it's extremely stressful, especially when travelling with an autistic young person.
