This should be added to any rulings based on that chapter of constitution chapter four article 31 on the right to privacy ...a very very important ruling in the history.. of Kenya ..mobile telcos they shouldn't be just allowed to recycle lines that you have paid for without your consent...the mobile some cards lines contain your bank reset options , kra reset options Helb. And pesa ya wazee notifications and disbursement, you have taken loans on them from mobile lenders and built a credit profile for cuter loans , right now even telcos like safaricom are giving us options to buy NSE shares and trade in bonds running into millions ....why should they recycle them without your consent..it should be a criminal offence
NTV'S DOCUMENTARY ON RAILA ODINGA'S 2007 STOLEN VICTORY:
At the time, I was Opposition Leader Raila Odinga's Personal Assistant, and the confusion that ensued is still fresh in my minds. On the chaotic day, I was at KICC but before that, I was at Nyayo National Stadium where the then Lang'ata Constituency (currently Kibra & Lang'ata) tallies were being keyed in. I had to force the ECK Returning Officer to announce the parliamentary results because (surprisingly) she wanted to first get ECK Chair Kivuitu to allow her do so - yet he was unreachable all the time.
The Constitution at the time required that Mr. Odinga could only be declared President-Elect if he won his parliamentary seat and therefore getting the Lang'ata win declared in good time was our biggest assignment for the day. I remember calling Mr. Odinga around 3am before the country later turned into a mess after the KICC manenos and the dusk 'swearing-in' at State House Nairobi.
Long and short? The Director of Public Prosecutions must take up this matter - folks have publicly owned up to (knowledge of) the deep conspiracies, tribal cabal and players around Kibaki presidency - that birthed the most consequential Subversion of the Will of the People of Kenya.
Thank you so much Madam Governor for your government's facilitation of mobility for Jo Homa Bay, is there a maintenance plan for the existing feeder roads such as Wachara-Karabok road which is now almost impassable and the rains are just around the corner.
We have officially opened 11.5 kilometers of new feeder roads, a transformative upgrade for transport, trade, and connectivity across Rangwe Subcounty. We also commissioned the Amoso Water Project in Kochia.
The newly commissioned routes of Kochoo-Nyawawa-Nyakuru in Gem West, Oneno-Amoso in Kochia, and Ogumo-West Gate-Nyando in Kagan are now enhancing the movement of people and goods, stimulating broad economic growth.

Been in Greece since July 3 … When we arrived at Athens International Airport, we each went through Immigration in less than a minute! You wouldn’t even realize there are thousands incoming visitors all the time. And flying around or out of Athens, is the same. No one removes shoes. Customs don’t open bags. It is no wonder Greece, a country of 10m people receives 40m tourists, four times its population! On the other hand, JKIA in Nairobi is a torture chamber! Immigration Services line are long & lazy! KRA wants to check all bags! Leaving any airport in Kenya whether for international or domestic flight, you are forced to remove shoes! A ritual that is stupid! And you wonder why Kenya, a country of 60m people receive less than 2m tourists annually! Kenya needs to fix how it operates. It cannot be treating fliers as enemies!

Dubai Airports has resumed full operations at its airports in the emirate following a temporary precautionary pause. The safety and wellbeing of all travellers and aviation staff remain the highest priority.
While Dubai Airports is working with airlines to ensure flights operate according to schedule, some flights may experience delays or cancellations. Travellers are advised to stay informed by checking regularly with their airlines for the latest updates.
And that is the tragedy that happened with KPTC, its successor TKL and will happen to many other strategic institutions if no insight is gained from the past.
Michael Joseph: The government does not see the importance of Kenya Airways. KQ is not just a business. It’s a strategic asset for the country. If we lose this airline, we lose making this the business capital of Africa.

Two guys sat at the back of the matatu One paid via MPESA and while the conductor was busy asking the rest, " Cash ama Message "The phone was passed to the other guy who showed the message Same phone, same message different user. Cousins are here laughing Mchezo wa town.
Two wrongs do not make a right, my esteemed colleague. It is imperative to rectify such errors. When and where will the “younger generation” gain the necessary experience to qualify for some of these government opportunities? We require a thorough overhaul of outdated ageist systems and attitudes.
