@SpotifyUK @Spotify Extremely disappointed with the new promotion. After contacted Customer Service it turns out my account was compromised during the last promotion. I still have my email showing that I had to change my password after the item was claimed on the event.

@bt_uk Yes, TV was acquired through the BT shop but currently having the issue resolved through the Live Chat with a new operator.

@bt_uk extremely disappointed in the customer service Inhave been receiving, blown pixel on TV screen that I’ve had for approx 1 month. Live chat service attempted to blame it on poor signal quality! TV still under warranty and BT don’t seem to care. Would not recommend!!
