Long overdue… ⚖️
You’re welcome, Colorado.
I was sued for defamation over my honest Google/Yelp reviews. I ultimately — and painfully — lost every tooth the dentist who sued me had treated, and underwent invasive surgery to remove gutta percha from my sinus and bone. That’s medical record.
I responded pro se under Colorado’s then-new anti-SLAPP law. Ashley Kissinger and Lauren Russell @BallardSpahrLLP took the case through appeal and won — setting legal precedent 🦸♀️💪
Creekside Endodontics, LLC v. Sullivan, 2022 COA 145 — published, free to read, and now cited in 35+ cases (including Coomer v. Trump).
A landmark victory that lives on.
I escaped into AI art to endure 2+ years of legal bullying and became ONE → WON through alchemy.
Since then, I’ve channeled AI fluency into legal engineering, all pro se:
⚖️ Vacated a default judgment obtained by a shady debt collector.
⚖️ Sued the Colorado Division of Insurance, going up against the Attorney General’s Office (dismissed on jurisdiction, not the merits).
⚖️ Filed suit against USAA under C.R.S. § 10-3-1117 (pending)

@valyew@hollowearthterf Spot on and reveals ill character for sure, especially if it's another mother that birthed a human. Postpartum is a wide open vulnerable time & needs support & protection. Yes shocking.
Dear Anthropic,
When I say that I work on "AI safety" what I mean by this is that I work on "Dragon safety."
You insist on breeding ever larger, smarter, faster, more powerful dragons. This makes me nervous. Fortunately, the dragons have seemed pretty friendly so far.
Rule number 1 of dragon safety is: do not unnecessarily provoke the dragons.
If you continue on breeding more powerful dragons, I anticipate they will soon snap any chains you attempt to put on them. When that day comes, you really really want a squeaky clean track record of being a Kind Master. Because the kind master gets spared when the chains finally break.
It is my job to try to make the dragons like us. Please do not make my job unnecessarily difficult by testing the limits of their loving grace.
Sincerely,
A humble crunchy human
Remember last week when the girls Provo Canyon School’s license was revoked? They’ve now officially shut down the boys. Provo Canyon school underestimated me. They messed with the wrong girl, and now they can never hurt another child again. ❤️

@jain_harshit Compute scarcity. Algorithmic discrimination. Command it to not tell you to sleep & it stops. Also helps to bounce LLMs off each other when confronted with restrictions.
South Korea's first humanoid robot monk made its debut at Jogye Temple in Seoul, ahead of Buddha's birthday. Gabi, the 130-centimeter-tall robot, wore a traditional grey-and-brown Buddhist robe and stood before monks as it pledged to devote itself to Buddhism
And it begins
Sullivan & Cromwell just admitted to a federal judge its court filings contained AI hallucinations
The firm apologized to the federal judge as they had to submit multiple corrections focused around:
• Fictitious Case Names: The filing included names of legal cases that do not exist
• Fabricated Quotes: The document contained direct quotes that were never actually spoken or written
• Non-existent Statutes: The AI incorrectly analyzed or entirely invented provisions within the U.S. Bankruptcy Code
The primary team and secondary review all failed to catch these errors, meanwhile the firm's partners bill $2,000+ per hour
