I've seen some poor customer service in my time, but this has been next level failure, firm believer in true value of a company is in how they put things right when mistakes have been made, based on my daughters experience I'd be embarrassed to be associated with the firm.

Just catching up with action from @BTCC pleasantly surprised to hear @BlackpoolJonny keeping @PaulONeill29 honest on the support races, with all the red flags great to hear @radiolemans voices quality #CommentateOnABBQ nearly as good as @specutainment covering a failing umbrella.

@SMitchellF1 @PaulONeill29 Finally some sense on the matter, define a rule, clarify how it will be policed and enforce consistantly. Far to often motrsport stewards (not just F1) police the consequences not the action. Then the fans assume the rule only matters if theres a big crash !
