I host a classic movies podcast (Have You Ever Seen)...and now I do it alone. I dig sandwiches & grapes. I like baseball & pooI. I also probably love your dog.
My one-man podcast about The Rock has been up on "Have You Ever Seen" since late last night. Over an hour of Alcatrazian excitement! Next week, I get a lot calmer when my show is about Only The Lonely, then I WILL have an episode on Friday the 19th too. #actionmovies#film
@staticbluebat Love that movie. That scene with the pregnant runaway kills me, especially the next morning. Love the family that lets him camp out while the tractor is fixed. And that the doofus twins are Chris Farley's brothers...and it makes you wonder if HE was going to be one of those guys
@CoopTory Transit in Toronto is a real craps shoot, but when it works out, it can be great. I took the streetcar on Friday night at rush hour, got a seat right away (was able to keep my big baseball between my legs and not carry it for a half hour or more) and it was a smooth ride
@EsotericCD That's a shame. I like it more than I did when I first saw it. Maybe it's Pfeiffer. I didn't realize how good she is at first. And DeVito REALLY goes for it too. Walken, Keaton (who IS overshadowed in his own movie) and Leatherface plays Walken's kid
@ATRightMovies When I saw this alone in the theatre that summer (would have been nice if SOMEONE else was there), the tensest sequence for me was actually them going UP. I knew they had to make it to the platform or there's no movie, but still. In knots
@TheCinesthetic He also dies in pretty much the spot we first see him in Return Of The Jedi. He starts the movie in the hanger, haranguing the guy about the Death Star construction going too slow...then he tells Luke "he was riiiiight" in that same place
@VinnysCorner1 Warren Cromartie and Terry Francona! I had a poster with all the Expos on it (probably the early '80s team) and those 2 names always stuck out to me. I didn't know yet how good Carter, Dawson and Raines were, so I preferred Warren and Ter-Bear
