I don't care about what you want. I care about what you repeat.
Because your brain does not run on intention.
It runs on repetition.
Every thought you keep returning to, your brain treats as a signal. And the more you send that signal, the stronger and faster that neural pathway becomes.
Here is the science behind it.
When you repeatedly activate a neural pathway, your brain wraps a fatty substance called myelin around it. Think of it like insulation around an electrical wire. The more myelin, the faster the signal travels. The faster the signal travels, the more automatic that thought or behavior becomes.
This is Hebb's Law.
Neurons that fire together, wire together.
And here is the part most people miss.
Your brain does not care what you are reinforcing. It does not filter for good or bad. It just responds to what you keep repeating.
Repeat confidence. Your brain builds it.
Repeat self-doubt. Your brain builds that too.
The same biological process that wires in focus, discipline, and certainty is the exact same one wiring in anxiety, fear, and limitation.
You are not wired a certain way forever.
You are wired for whatever you keep practicing.
So stop asking what you want to change.
Start asking what you are willing to repeat.

You are not dreaming the world. The world is dreaming you, and it has been doing this so completely that you mistook the dream for the one doing it.
There is a strange comfort hidden inside this idea once you sit with it long enough. If you are a character inside a larger dreaming mind, then the things you have spent your life defending, your reputation, your certainty, your carefully built sense of who you are, were never the real center of anything. They were costume. This should feel like a loss. Mostly it feels like relief, the way it is a relief to stop holding a position you were never suited to hold in the first place.
The line does something specific by naming “characters” rather than people. A character exists inside a story it did not write and cannot fully see the shape of. It reacts, it wants things, it suffers convincingly, but its motivations are being authored somewhere it has no access to. That is a strange way to describe a human life, and also an accurate one. Most people can point to entire decades that were run by a script they never chose and rarely questioned.
What the sentence refuses to offer is an exit. There is no waking into some separate, more real place. The dreamer and the dreamed are made of the same substance, nested inside each other, which means the search for a solid ground outside the dream is itself part of the dream’s logic.
The only actual movement available is inward, toward whatever in you was quietly watching this whole story unfold without ever being fooled by it.
You do not escape the dream. You stop mistaking yourself for only the part of it that forgot.

“I beat it out of me.”
Josh Brolin had a brutal 9mm slipped disc. Doctors told him to rest and consider surgery. Instead, he did the opposite, kept working out, running, and doing pistol squats even when it got worse. Then one day… it was just gone. Never came back.
Movement is everything, he says.
We’re so quick to default to rest and meds when something hurts, but sometimes the body needs to be pushed through the pain to heal.
Real recovery isn’t always comfortable or conventional. Sometimes you have to move toward the discomfort instead of away from it.
The majority of recycled polyester is made from PET plastic. Typically old plastic bottles that get shredded, melted down, and spun into synthetic fibers
This is turned into leggings, sports bras, workout tops, underwear, pajamas and clothes we wear directly on our skin for hours
But it doesn’t stop there, it’s treated where chemicals. The new clothing gets treated with dyes, finishes, stretch chemicals, odor-control coatings and more
This is all true
The vast majority around 99% of recycled polyester in clothing comes from post-consumer PET bottles, which are shredded, melted, and spun into fibers for activewear, leggings, underwear and more
Recycling doesn’t turn plastic into a natural fiber, it remains a petroleum-derived synthetic polymer
Just because it’s “Recycled” doesn’t mean it’s non-toxic, natural, or breathable: It doesn’t magically become skin-friendly or healthy just because it had a previous life as a bottle
All polyester sheds microplastics during washing and wear. Recent 2025 studies found that recycled polyester often sheds 55% more microfibers than virgin polyester and the particles are smaller. This makes them potentially more harmful as they spread easier and penetrate deeper
Recycled polyester requires additional chemical processing, dyes, and performance coatings for odor control, stretc my and more
This results in a chemical cocktail you’re wearing directly on your skin
Stop expecting the market to generate the profit you desire instead of the profit that's realistic.
The market doesn't care about your rent, your ego, or the lifestyle you dream about. It only pays those who manage risk, take what's offered, and move on.
CONSCIOUSNESS IS NOT SOMETHING YOY HAVE, IT IS WHAT YOU ARE!
What is consciousness, it is the unified field that exists beyond the body yet is perceived through the mind, it is the invisible ground where everything is happening, where the seen and the unseen arise and dissolve, consciousness is not inside you, nor outside — it is the very space in which “inside” and “outside” exist
The Shiva Sutras describe this truth beautifully, Chaitanyam Aatma — consciousness itself is the Self, it is not dependent on the body or mind, rather the body and mind appear within it, the Upanishads call it the witness, self luminous, eternal, untouched by birth or death
In Kashmir Shaivism, this is called Prakash, the inner light that illuminates all experience, it shines through the eyes, flows through thoughts, dances in emotion, and yet remains untouched by them, it is self aware, needing no other light to know itself, the same consciousness that perceives you reading these words is the same that moves galaxies
Advaita Vedanta calls it Brahman, the absolute, the only reality, everything else is its play, when one realizes this truth not intellectually but experientially, the illusion of separation falls, and life becomes effortless — a spontaneous expression of the divine
To know consciousness is not to reach somewhere new, but to awaken to what has always been, the silent, radiant awareness that pervades all.
THE OBSERVER AWAKENS
You are not your name.
You are not your body.
You are not your job, your traumas, your successes, your failures, your gender, your culture, or the stories you’ve been told about who you are.
You are the Observer — the eternal witness behind it all.
The physical form you inhabit is sacred, yes. It is your temple, your vehicle, your avatar for navigating this dense 3rd-dimensional dream. But it is not you. Just as a driver is not the car, the soul is not the body. Your true essence exists in luminous realms far beyond flesh and bone — in the vibrant astral and mental planes where thought becomes form and intention shapes reality.
The brain is merely the master computer, the interface that translates higher consciousness into physical experience. Through it, the Observer directs this avatar. Yet most of us have forgotten this truth. We identify so completely with the vehicle that we suffer every bump in the road as if it defines our entire being.
Mastery is remembering: You do not have a soul. You ARE the soul.
You are the silent presence that watches thoughts arise and dissolve.
You are the unchanging awareness beneath every emotion, every experience, every lifetime.
This reality feels so solid, so real — yet when the body completes its cycle and we “die,” we simply wake up from this dream within a dream. The veils lift. The Observer returns home to fuller awareness, carrying the wisdom gained from this earthly incarnation.
We operate through multiple sacred bodies simultaneously:
• The Physical/Etheric Body — our anchor in matter.
• The Astral Body — the vehicle of emotions and desires.
• The Mental Body — the realm of thoughts and beliefs.
• The Causal Body — where karma and soul contracts reside.
• The Buddhic Body — the level of pure intuition and unity.
• And higher still: the Atmic, Monadic, and Logoic — layers of divine consciousness merging back into Source.
The journey of awakening is learning to dis-identify from the lower vehicles while honoring them as sacred tools. To observe without reactive absorption. To move through this world with presence, compassion, and detachment — knowing that nothing here can truly harm the eternal You.
You are not trapped in this body.
You are visiting it.
You are playing in it.
You are evolving through it.
Remember who you are, beloved Observer.
The dream is beautiful, but you are the dreamer.

Google just confirmed the first case of hackers using AI to build a zero-day exploit from scratch.
An actual zero-day vulnerability that no human had EVER found before, discovered by an AI model, turned into a working weapon, and aimed at a mass exploitation campaign targeting thousands of systems simultaneously.
Google's Threat Intelligence Group caught it yesterday and killed the operation before it scaled. But the details of how it worked are genuinely scary:
The AI found a flaw in a popular two-factor authentication system that traditional security tools had missed entirely. The vulnerability was a logic error buried deep in the authentication flow where a developer had hard-coded a trust exception years ago.
No human security researcher or automated scanner had caught it. The flaw was invisible to EVERY tool the cybersecurity industry has built over the past two decades.
But the AI spotted it immediately.
Then it wrote a full Python exploit script to weaponize it. Google's analysts could tell the code was AI-generated because it had textbook formatting, educational comments explaining every function, and even a hallucinated severity score that doesn't exist in any real database.
The AI literally graded its own attack with a fake rating.
So the code had MISTAKES in it. The criminals' implementation was clumsy enough that it probably interfered with the actual deployment. This was the sloppy first attempt by people who are still learning how to use these tools.
And it still found a vulnerability that the entire cybersecurity industry missed.
Google's chief threat analyst John Hultquist said: "There's a misconception that the AI vulnerability race is imminent. The reality is that it's already begun. For every zero-day we can trace back to AI, there are probably many more out there."
But here's where it gets truly insane...
This wasn't even a sophisticated operation.
North Korea's APT45 hacking unit is sending thousands of repetitive prompts to AI models, recursively analyzing known vulnerabilities and building an entire exploit arsenal that would be physically impossible for human hackers to assemble at the same speed. They're essentially industrializing cyberattacks.
A Chinese state-linked group jailbroke Google's own Gemini by simply asking it to "pretend to be a network security expert" and then used that persona to research how to hack TP-Link routers and corporate file transfer systems.
Another Chinese group deployed autonomous AI agents that probed a Japanese tech firm with minimal human oversight, deciding on their own which tools to use and pivoting between targets based on internal reasoning.
And then there's PROMPTSPY, an Android backdoor that calls Google's Gemini API to read your phone screen in real time, navigate your interface autonomously, capture your biometric data, replay your lock screen PIN, and block you from uninstalling it by placing an invisible overlay over the uninstall button. It literally OPERATES your phone using commercial AI tools anyone can access.
Everyone spent the last 3 years arguing about whether AI would take people's jobs. Meanwhile AI is making every password, every firewall, and every two-factor authentication system on Earth fundamentally less secure.
The entire $190 billion cybersecurity industry was built on one assumption: that finding vulnerabilities is hard and requires deep expertise. But AI just removed that assumption from the equation.
And the scariest part is that Google said the criminals made errors this time. The implementation was rough and the campaign probably didn't fully work.
These were amateurs, now imagine what professionals are able to do.
There's a reason Sam Altman predicted an inevitable massive cyberattack THIS year.
What do you think?
Dostoevsky was 28 when they stood him in front of a firing squad. Blindfolded. Hands tied. He could hear the rifles being loaded.
At the last second a messenger on horseback arrived. The Tsar had commuted the sentence. The entire execution was staged. Psychological torture designed to break him.
It worked. He had a seizure on the spot.
They sent him to a labour camp in Siberia. 4 years. Freezing. Starving. Sleeping on wooden planks next to murderers. His epilepsy got worse. He had no paper. No pen. Nothing.
When he got out he was broke. His first wife died. His brother died. He inherited his brothers debts. He was so desperate for money he signed a contract with a publisher that would have given away the rights to everything hed ever write if he missed the deadline.
He wrote The Gambler in 26 days to make it. Dictated it to a 20 year old stenographer named Anna. Married her three months later.
Then the real work started. Crime and Punishment. The Idiot. Demons. The Brothers Karamazov. The greatest novels in the history of the Russian language. Maybe any language.
The man who stood blindfolded before the firing squad, who convulsed on the ground while soldiers watched, who slept next to killers in Siberia for 4 years, who was buried in debt and grief.
That man wrote: "every minute can be an eternity of happiness."
He earned the right to say it.
its never over. never give up fren.
