"What have you built using AI?" I see this question posted on here a lot. I have been using Claude personally for close to 4 months now, and I finally have something to say "I built this."

MOGUL.

It's a Roblox game and it is the coolest thing I have built in my life. The whole premise is the same premise that most people take on in real life. Acquire as much real estate as you possibly can before everyone else does. Once someone buys it, it's gone and probably won't come back without an appreciated price tag.

Over the course of 2 months, I have built the entire city of Nashville into a game in Roblox.

• All of Davidson County — ~500 square miles rebuilt as 16 connected maps in one shared world
• 204,149 purchasable homes, every single one at a real street address, $125 billion in real estate value
• 178 purchasable high rise towers downtown, $23.1 billion in real estate value
• 83 landmark trophy properties, $5.11 billion in real estate value (these are all based on real places or buildings but not named the real things because you know... trademarks)
• Prices anchored to real county assessment records — from a $51,800 starter to a $20M estate
• Terrain sculpted from real USGS elevation data, streets laid down real centerlines, trees placed from Nashville's actual tree-canopy survey

"You didn't build it. AI did." Sure. Just like computers have built software for years. The tools are just better and more accessible for anyone to give it a shot now.

Is this a post about AI or MOGUL? Not sure. I have just really enjoyed this process and hope that it might help someone that hasn't taken a chance on doing something like this give it a shot.
