Y6 Primary School Teacher and KS2 Leader on North East Coast ๐ Maths, Science and Computing Lead. Studied Primary Ed (5-11) at YSJ๐ Also mad about running!
Currently booking our London visit for my Y6 class (30-pupils) and looking for somewhere to have dinner near Leicester Square. Anybody have any recommendations? Unfortunately, the jungle cave restaurant and TGI Fridays couldn't fit us in.
In need of a small favour! I'm doing an ESafety assembly tomorrow and would like to demonstrate how far this image of a house can travel around the world in less than 24 hours. Would be very grateful for any national or international shares! #esafety#sharing#socialmedia

@missbprimary__ The most difficult part is starting! Try and do some exercise with a friend at a set time. It helps if you can monitor your progress e.g. With a timed run. That way you can see your progress. Would certainly recommend parkrun as a good place to start!
@yevrahjalocin @lil_on_sea @DeputyGrocott@PaulGarvey4 This sounds like a fantastic structure to teaching times tables! Will definitely consider incorporating some of this into our times table structure!
One of my main jobs as maths lead is improve T-Tables. Anyone know any online programmes for assessing T-tables that informs teachers and is very similar to MTC so have 6-secs to answer? I've heard Purple Mash may be good? @DeputyGrocott@PaulGarvey4 Very grateful for any help!
