This is my slight issue with PTDF. WHY INVITE 5000 CANDIDATES FOR LESS THAN 600 SLOTS? WHY NOT INVITE THE BEST 1000? SO THAT THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING AWARDED INCREASES,MEANWHILE SOME PEOPLE WONT ATTEND.BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE WILL KEEP GETTING INVITED 10 TIMES WITHOUT BEING AWARDED
