I did 2 orders till now on zepto.

On both orders, atleast one item had bad quality. When I emailed the customer care, they say "Customer is wrong and lying"

The mild you delivered is within the expiry date but is blasting"

You got to trust the customer

Meter board is down. Electricity issue between poll and meter board since afternoon.

Raised complaint by calling 1912. They said, they opened request.

No power during at night even in middle of Bangalore City.

I tried this. I was fedup with @officialepfo for rejecting my claim 3 times in a row and delay of 25 days each.

They called me and approved my claim within in a day.

They don't have after sales support. If your product is stuck or not delivered, @we_are_cult don't care.

But I have been seeing "something went wrong" when I click on Run diagnostic.

I called customer 4 time for this. They asked me to rate the conversation dispute checking the issue.

My internet is not working since morning. I have called customer 2 times. They asked me to restart my router.

The issue is not fixed yet.
