As a head I'm beginning to get ground down by complaints, SARs, lack of money, no staff,absence and a constant pressure to do better with less. It's not sustainable and we need to actually do something beyond describing the known issues. I've seen too many good people go.

@Darren76780228 @JHenryCDF That is not true. Money goes to Westminster and is then returned via the Barnet formula. Therefore it looks like it comes from the UK but it is Welsh money. Wales is funding HS2…that wouldn’t happen with independence
