Having to wait for 48 hours for a response is shocking. No way to contact you is a joke. We’ve already waited for ages and now we have to re-order, waste more money and wait for another hour. Will not be using uber eats again. Jokers! Give us our money back!

@UberUKI_Support we ordered food and awaited delivery.
We checked and saw the order was en route.
Next time we checked it said it had been delivered. It had not been delivered and the driver would not pick up the phone. We now have a photo of a plastic bag. £50
Wasted!
