At the 1922 Lausanne Conference (or Paris Conference context), the Armenian delegation stated that 6 to 7 million Armenians perished in 1915 alone.

The British delegation allegedly reported 3.5 million casualties, while the Turkish side acknowledged 1.5 million.

It is claimed that 1.5 million perished in the Deir ez-Zor desert alone, with over 60 cities and 2,500 villages destroyed.

According to this data, in 1915 the Ottoman government killed not 1.5 million, but 8-9 million Armenians.

#BREAKING: The Trump Administration signals its intent to extend the waiver of Section 907 of the FREEDOM Support Act, clearing the way for continued U.S. aid to Azerbaijan.

"President Trump continues to make a mockery of his America First promise by greenlighting foreign aid to Azerbaijan - shipping U.S. tax dollars to an oil-rich, genocidal dictatorship," stated ANCA Executive Director Aram Hamparian.

"A regime that holds Armenian hostages, occupies Armenian territory, bulldozes Christian churches, and blocks the return of refugees to Artsakh.

Azerbaijan's ruling Aliyev family - a clan with net worth in the tens of billions of dollars - neither needs nor deserves the generosity of the American people," concluded Hamparian.

The Senior Bureau Official for Legislative Affairs at the State Department transmitted the determination, titled "Extension of Section 907 Waiver," to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. It was printed in the Congressional Record on July 28th (Vol. 172, No. 123, EC-4220) under Executive and Other Communications.

If you want to understand the massive gap between Israel's rhetoric and its actions towards Christians, listen to George Deek, their Special Envoy to the Christian World.

"The Christian world matters to us. Not as a tactical audience, not as a political instrument, but as a family of faith communities."

Those words would carry far more weight if Israel’s actions reflected them. Instead, the contradiction and hypocrisy are as glaring as they are insulting. Allow me to explain:

- In 2020, George Deek was the Ambassador of Israel to Azerbaijan during the 44 Day War between Armenia and Azerbaijan, in which 5,000 Christian Armenian soldiers were killed with Israeli weapons. Armenia, the first Christian nation in the world, lost that war, which led to the mass exodus of 150,000 Christian Armenians from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), effectively reducing the Christian presence in that region to zero;a presence that had endured for over 2,000 years. Churches destroyed, graves desecrated. Israel was complicit in that ethnic cleansing.

George did nothing to prevent that. In fact, he congratulated Azerbaijan on the "restoration of their territorial integrity."

- George Deek's paternal great-grandmother was a survivor of the Armenian Genocide. Earlier this month when Israeli FM Gideon Sa'ar announced that the Israeli government had unanimously voted to recognize the genocide, not a single word came out of Deek's mouth, he didn't publicly endorse this initiative.

If the Christian world truly matters to Israel “as a family of faith communities,” then why was there no visible moral leadership from its envoy when one of the world’s oldest Christian communities was destroyed? And why the silence when Israel finally moved toward recognizing the Armenian Genocide, a tragedy that also touched his own family?

BREAKING: Israeli Watchdog Reveals Alarming Spike in Hate Crimes: 39% of Attacks Target Armenian Christians.

In a damning report, The Religious Freedom Data Center (RFDC) have published their 2026 Q2 'Incidents against Christians in Israel' in which 39% of hate crimes in the Old City of Jerusalem occurred in the Armenian Quarter, targeting Armenian clergy and civilians alike.

The incidents included spitting, verbal abuse, trespassing, desecration of Holy sites, and vandalism.

The RFDC is an independent initiative founded in June 2023 by Yisca Harani, an Israeli activist, scholar and expert in Christian history and interfaith relations. The center was established in response to a noticeable increase in anti-Christian incidents in Jerusalem, particularly in the Old City. Its primary mission is to document, report, and assist in addressing acts of harassment and violence against Christian individuals, clergy, and institutions in Israel.

Two weeks from today, Cody Harper will be standing in court facing a prison sentence.

From the footage, he was clearly attacked by three men before striking out at a police officer while seemingly disorientated.

Meanwhile, where are the three alleged attackers? Have they been identified, arrested or charged?
