@Disneyland do you have anyone working the phone lines? I must have called 50 times before I was even able to get on hold. Now I have been on hold for more than 3hrs! This is not very magical. 😢 Also get a longer hold recording, I think I’m going crazy with these same songs!!

@cue I’m begging you, please allow TV app users to arrange their itunes movies into groups (e.g. Halloween movies, favorites, Disney movies.) Or at the very least, put A-Z on the side to quickly jump around. I have over 1,000 movies and it’s hard to navigate.
