Real stories as they come in 👇
The U.S. and Iran have a deal to work on a deal. During the next 60 days, there'll be a ceasefire and the Strait of Hormuz will be open. In other words, the same situation we had before the war, only lives have been lost, oil is far more expensive, and about $100B has been spent.
i'm hopeful for a future where people who want to work really hard have incredibly fulfilling things to do, and people who don't want to work hard don't have to and can still have an amazing life of prosperity.
SMC / ICT MASTERY COURSE | MODULE 5: PREMIUM & DISCOUNT | DAY 29
FIBONACCI RETRACEMENTS
The Mathematical Edge in Trading
Fibonacci retracement measures how much price pulls back before continuing.
These levels are the foundation of SMC zone identification.
KEY FIBONACCI LEVELS:
1️⃣ 23.6% - Shallow Retracement
Strong trend, minimal pullback. Often too shallow for entries.
2️⃣ 38.2% - Premium/Discount Border
Moderate retracement. Start of equilibrium area.
3️⃣ 50% - Equilibrium (EQ)
Fair value midpoint. Divides premium and discount.
4️⃣ 61.8% - Golden Ratio / OTE Start
Most important level. Start of OTE zone.
5️⃣ 78.6% - Deep Retracement / OTE End
End of OTE zone. Deep discount entry.
6️⃣ 100% - Full Retracement
Complete pullback to swing low/high.
THE GOLDEN RATIO:
➡️ 1.618 (Phi)
61.8% is derived from the golden ratio (1/1.618 = 0.618). This mathematical relationship appears throughout nature and markets. ICT considers this the most significant Fib level for high-probability entries.
FIB EXTENSION TARGETS:
1️⃣ -27%: First target
2️⃣ -61.8%: Second target
3️⃣ -100%: Equal leg target
4️⃣ -161.8%: Extended target
HOW TO DRAW FIBONACCI:
🟢 BULLISH FIB (Buy Setup):
🔹 Find swing LOW (start point)
🔹 Find swing HIGH (end point)
🔹 Draw Fib from LOW to HIGH
🔹 Look for buy entries in OTE
🔴 BEARISH FIB (Sell Setup):
🔹 Find swing HIGH (start point)
🔹 Find swing LOW (end point)
🔹 Draw Fib from HIGH to LOW
🔹 Look for sell entries in OTE
FIB DRAWING TIPS:
➡️ Use WICKS not bodies for swing points. Wicks show the true range of price action.
➡️ Start with HTF Fib levels, then refine on LTF for precise entries.
➡️ Focus on 50% (EQ) and 61.8% (Golden) as your primary levels.
➡️ Look for OB or FVG that aligns with key Fib levels for confluence.
COMMON MISTAKES:
❌ Drawing Fib in wrong direction
❌ Using bodies instead of wicks
❌ Ignoring HTF swing points
FIB DRAWING CHECKLIST:
🔸 Identify clear swing H/L
🔸 Use wicks not bodies
🔸 Draw in correct direction
🔸 Mark key levels 50/61.8
🔸 Identify OTE zone
🔸 Look for OB/FVG confluence
DAY 29 KEY TAKEAWAYS:
🔸 61.8% is the Golden Ratio level
🔸 OTE = 61.8% to 78.6% zone
🔸 Bullish: draw Low to High
🔸 Bearish: draw High to Low

Elon Musk thinks the entire education system is built on a broken assumption.
That every student should learn the same thing. At the same speed. In the same order. At the same time.
Musk: “Everyone goes through from like 5th grade to 6th grade to 7th grade like it’s an assembly line. But people are not objects on an assembly line.”
The model was designed for a factory economy. Standardized inputs. Predictable outputs.
That economy is gone. The assembly line is gone.
But the education system still runs on its logic.
A student who masters algebra in two weeks sits through eight more weeks because the calendar says so. A student who struggles gets dragged forward because the schedule doesn’t wait.
Neither is being served. Both are being processed.
Musk: “Allow people to progress at the fastest pace that they can or are interested in, in each subject.”
AI doesn’t teach a classroom. It teaches a student.
One at a time. Every time.
It skips what a student already knows. It finds where they’re stuck and approaches it from a different angle.
It adjusts in real time. Not at the end of a semester when the damage is already done.
A student obsessed with basketball learns fractions through shooting percentages. A student who builds in Minecraft learns geometry through architecture.
The subject doesn’t change. The entry point does.
No teacher with thirty students can do this. Not because they lack skill.
Because the math doesn’t work.
AI doesn’t have that constraint.
Musk: “You do not need to tell your kid to play video games. They will play video games on autopilot all day. So if you can make it interactive and engaging, then you can make education far more compelling.”
The brain isn’t broken. The format is.
Kids learn complex systems and strategic thinking for hours voluntarily. Then walk into a classroom and can’t focus for twenty minutes.
That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a design problem.
Musk: “A university education is often unnecessary. You probably learn the vast majority of what you’re going to learn there in the first two years. And most of it is from your classmates.”
Four years. Six figures of debt.
And the real value comes from the people sitting next to you. Not the institution charging you.
The degree doesn’t certify knowledge. It certifies endurance.
Musk: “If the goal is to start a company, I would say no point in finishing college.”
The system was built to train employees. If you’re not trying to be one, it has nothing left to offer you.
Every lecture. Every textbook. Every curriculum. Now available instantly. Personalized to any learner. Adapted to any pace.
The question isn’t whether the old model survives.
It’s how long we keep forcing students through it while the replacement already exists.
Heads-up: Pre-market so-called “news” or “Truth” is often just a setup for profit-taking. Basically, it’s a reverse indicator.
Do the opposite: If they pump it, short it. If they dump it, go long.
See something tomorrow? You know the drill.
PSILOCYBIN BEATS NICOTINE PATCHES IN QUITTING SMOKING
A study published in JAMA Network Open found a single dose of psilocybin—the active compound in psychedelic mushrooms—was far more effective than nicotine patches at helping smokers quit.
In a trial of 82 adults, over 40% of participants who received psilocybin were smoke-free after six months, compared with about 10% using nicotine patches, with both groups receiving therapy.
Lead researcher Matthew Johnson of Johns Hopkins University said the drug may help by altering brain communication and self-perception, potentially breaking addictive patterns.
The findings add momentum to growing research into psychedelic-assisted treatments, though larger trials are still needed.
