Go to the 1:31 mark in this video. Madhuri Dixit stands on her left leg and moves her right leg in circles - 16 rounds in total, eight clockwise and eight anticlockwise. The circles are large enough to make her ghaghra twirl along with the leg, yet her upper body remains almost perfectly still and balanced, while both the hands are also twirling with the leg and she continues performing the expressions and lip sync as per the lyrics.

That's a Kathak-trained dancer performing in a very heavy Rajasthani folk outfit executing a movement that is a version of a ballet move called rond de jambe all while maintaining balance, rhythm, control and expression.

Sorry, but while Karishma Kapoor was good, she was not even close to Madhuri Dixit.
